the most exciting program that we have ever released!
- In
1998 we opened online, what is now known
as the DHS Club Outlet Center (Phase I of
our Marketing Plan).
- In
1999 we opened our U.S. online ClubShop
Mall (Phase II of our Marketing Plan).

In 2000 we began expanding our ClubShop
Mall to include international stores (Phase
III of our Marketing Plan).
- In
2001 we expanded our Benefits Center, Outlet
Center and ClubShop Mall.

being in business for over five years, we now have millions
of customers, thousands of marketers, the track record and
the infrastructure to roll out Phase IV of our Marketing
Plan,
the ClubBucks Rewards program.
Our
ClubBucks program will enable our Members to save money on
their online and OFFLINE purchases, using the technology of
a new millennium, simply by registering with us their existing
debit card, credit cards and store cards or by providing a
ClubBucks card to a participating Merchant (restaurant, store,
business etc.).
Participating
Merchant Affiliates will be able to increase business by being
listed in our online ClubBucks Directory and accepting the
ClubBucks card from our Members, as well as using ClubBucks
Rewards as a customer loyalty program. Merchants will be able
to develop an additonal source of income by issuing ClubBucks
card and signing up their customers and friends as new DHS
Club Members.

Here
is how it works:
- A person
joins for free and becomes a Member.
- They will
be directed to a site where they can print a temporary card out right
at their computer, and activate the card using the link on the back
of the card.
- Using
their ClubBucks Card, they shop with participating Merchants online
or offline and automatically earn rebates.
- This Member
refers others to become Members and automatically earns Referral Fees
on their Members’ purchases with ClubBucks Merchant Affiliates.
- As their
Members refer others as Members, a network develops and the sponsoring
Members are able to earn additional income on the purchases of their
entire network.
